We are getting married in St Ives in Sept this year. We wanted bespoke rings made for this occasion so visited Kirsty as she is here in St Ives. She was fantastic!! We knew we wanted a diamond engagement ring and two wedding bands but that's it!! She then helped us decide on the right metal for us, the right diamond (we never knew there was so much to learn about diamonds), the right ring widths...everything!! We wanted the diamond set down into the ring instead of in a "claw", she showed us some examples. She knew exactly what we were after... simple and elegant, and she delivered the goods. Very impressed with her professionalism, personal contact and genuine love, care and pride she took in making our rings and how she made us feel....special. We would highly recommend her, because you not only get your beautiful jewellery made by her, you get a totally unique, friendly personal service, which enhances your whole experience. I absolutely adore my ring.....it is everything and more I could have hoped for, and knowing it is bespoke and made with love and care by Kirsty just for me and not just mass produced to go in a shop window makes it all the more meaningful. Kirsty Bridgewater is a name not to be forgotten but remembered and talked about.
When my fiancé proposed in lockdown we knew there was only one person we wanted to talk rings with when we were allowed out! The talented Kirsty Bridgewater. We drove down to St ives for the day from Bath as no overnight stays at the time so we were super keen! We had a magical time with Kirsty in her workshop discussing ideas and designs with her. She was so helpful and creative and listened to what we wanted and advised us so well. She just seemed to get exactly what I wanted and listened so carefully to us. She matched our enthusiasm and it made it such an exciting process and sn experience linked to our wedding which we will always treasure! Kirsty was so professional and was good at communicating with us through the whole design and making process. She was also very good at advising us linked to our budget. We came back to her for our wedding rings and we are just so excited to collect them in s few weeks time. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We would recommend Kirsty to anyone without hesitation!!
My Fiancée and I wanted to get married in our favourite part of the world. St Ives. We also wanted wedding rings that had a piece of Cornwall in them. Kirsty did a wonderful job of making the rings that we wanted. Keeping us up to date on the progress. Having them engraved on the inside with the date of our wedding and then delivered to our home address. We are so pleased with our bespoke items. We can are now able to wear a little piece of St Ives every day.
Kirsty was a pleasure to deal with and made some great suggestions towards a personal gold bangle. I loved it so much that we decided to get her to make both of our wedding rings. Again, her ideas and input were great. She created the perfect style for me and I’m counting down the days until I can wear it.
Had such a wonderful surprise this Christmas when I received the most beautifully designed ring by Kirsty. I couldn't have chosen anything more perfect. A stunning 18 karat gold open setting with a pear shaped emerald. The colour and cut of the stone is simply dazzling and I am totally in love with it. Hubby and Kirsty did very well indeed. While wondering around St Ives we came across Kirsty’s shop I instantly loved multiple pieces and purchased some gifts for my bridesmaids for the big day. We got chatting to Kirsty’s husband who explained their bespoke services. After one chat with the lovely Kirsty at the Sloop Studios we knew she would create the perfect, timeless wedding bands we envisioned and they’d be even more special to us knowing they were made meter’s away from some of the places that hold special memories of many holidays in St Ives. Kirsty was extremely welcoming and always had plenty of time to chat and was kind enough to clean my engagement ring on more than one occasion.It brought such joy looking around our wedding guests and seeing some very special people wearing her beautiful pieces on our big day.It was a fantastic wedding experience thank you Kirsty.
My Partner had my engagement ring made by Kirsty. It’s such a gorgeous ring made by such a skilled and talented jeweller.I just know that Kai would have needed some guidance and advice on the best engagement ring to chose for me and I am so glad Kirsty was the one to help him.I required the ring to be resized after Kai’s successful proposal and Kirsty was on hand to do that for me straight away. She has such a friendly manner and gives each piece such a personal twist, I just love my engagement ring.We are so looking forward to having our wedding bands made by Kirsty too.
