How long does shipping take?
We aim to ship products the same day and do our best to keep the inventory up to date. However, if the product needs to be made this may take an additional 3 working days. If there is any huge delay we will contact you.
What is your returns policy?
Returns are welcome within 14 days of purchase. Learn more
Do you do repairs?
Yes we repair any fine jewellery, please bring your item into the Sloop Workshop and we will take a look for you.
Can you re-design my jewellery?
Absolutely, we love getting creative with a redesign. Often clients come to us with jewellery that has high sentimental value but lost charm, and we help transform the piece into something they love and can wear every day.
Can you resize my ring?
Yes we offer a measure & resize service. Just pop down to our Jewellery workshop in St Ives and we will take a look for you.
Can I order bespoke jewellery?
Yes we do lots of design commissions, our speciality is engagement and wedding rings.
Can I book in for an e-consultation?
Yes we have clients from all over the UK, you are welcome to book in for an online consultation or book in to see us on your holiday.
